DANANANANAYKROYD New Single On Moshi Moshi!

At last! Someone has signed them! DANANANANAYKROYD's first proper single, Totally Bone, will be released on Moshi Moshi records on September 18th. And with the good company of Hot Club De Paris and Architecture in Helsinki, Moshi Moshi are proving themselves to be... well, great!
Until then, PM heartily urges you to go to the band's MySpace and download their impeccable demo. It is punishing in a Bloc Party sort of sense, but warm in a Smashing Pumpkins sort of sense at the same time. And they have two drummers, which means they're ace - and not in a novelty sort of way, either. They use the two drummers with obliterating effect rather than having them just make it a massive muggy mess. So if you aren't quite post-punk enough to give the po-faced 6th Form dramatics of Bloc Party a go, but you sure as hell like to dance like a flannel shirt-wearing stoner from 1993 then DANANANANAYKROYD are your new favourite band.
Such carefully insane music must be heard by everyone. Everyone!
