You know how PM is always telling you about how 'this band is amazing' and 'that band is astonishing' and that 'their live show is crazy-hella-good' and all that sort of thing? Well watch this.
PM is right. Danananaykroyd are amazing, astonishing and crazy-hella-good live. There's your double-drummer-tastic proof. Here's their MySpace which, if you've been good, you will have visited every day for the last few months. Don't just wait for this band to become utterly massive, get into them now!
Their debut single 'Totally Bone' is coming out on Moshi Moshi records on October 9th. You need to buy it.

as for being a gimmick with the two drummers, it seems to me that there's a lot of interaction between them on record. it does seem a bit lost when they play live though. i love the guitar guitar harmonies, they're always extremely crisp...
but moshi moshi records is the place to be this year - dananananaykroyd, hot club de paris, hot chip, architecture in helsinki...
